Q:  How long has Lasco Diamond Products been in business?

A:  Lasco Diamond Products has been manufacturing quality diamond instruments in the USA since 1963.

 

Q:  What is Lasco's return policy?

A:  Lasco offers a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made directly through Lasco (not through a distributor).  If, within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, you are not entirely satisfied with your Lasco Product, you may return it for a full refund.  Shipping charges, however, will not be refunded.  Distributor policies will vary, so be sure to ask the distributor what their return policy is.

 

Q:  What is the difference between a Lasco Diamond Bit and other diamond bits?

A:  Lasco uses only 100% Natural Diamond on their diamond bits.   This helps them to cut cooler and last longer than any other bit on the market.   No other company puts more diamond on a bit than Lasco.  Lasco Diamond Products manufactures their diamond bits in Chatsworth, CA and are FDA certified.  We do not import our diamond bits.  They are all made by us in Chatsworth, California.

 

Q:  Where do I send my Micro Delux or Micro Ultra for repair?

A:  Please include a note with you name address and phone number, along with a brief description of the type of problem that you are having toone of the following address:

If your Micro Ultra is under warranty (less that 1 year old), there will be no charge for the repair. However, you will have to pay for the shipping to get the machine to us.  If your machine is out of warranty, please include a check for $50..00, made payable to Lasco, and our repair department will fix or replace any broken parts, and thoroughly clean your machine, as well as include Ground shipping back to you.  Be sure to include both the handpiece and control box when sending your machine in for repair.  For more information, please call us toll free at 1-800-621-4726.  International customers can reach us at 818-882-2423.

 

Q:  How long will it take for my Micro Delux to be fixed?

A:  Lasco's repair department will generally fix your machine the day that it is received, and return it via UPS Ground.
